Kenneth Bombace serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Threat Solutions. He possesses extensive experience from the law enforcement and military sectors. He led all Protection Operations for one of the argest police departments in the United States and as an Army Intelligence Officer he led policing and Counter Insurgency Operations in Samarra, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Bombace possesses a BA in Political Science from Stony Brook University and an MS in Criminal Justice from Long Island University.

Chris Schiavo serves as the Vice President of Corporate and Event Security for Global Threat Solutions. Chris is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, starting his 31st year of service, as the Northeast Forces Director and Liaison Office Director. Chris is a veteran Suffolk County Police Officer, with over 25 years of service, assigned to Aviation, as a helicopter pilot. Chris also serves as an elected Fire Commissioner, with the Deer Park Fire Department. Chris previously served as the Fire Chief from 2000 to 2008 and has over 26 years of service, as a firefighter. Chris is also the active President of the Suffolk Police Veterans Association.

Andrew Young is a 27-year career Intelligence Officer with the US Army and the Department of Defense. He has commanded intelligence units from platoon through battalion with six combat deployments during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraq Freedom (OIF), and the Global War on Terrorism. Drew served in Europe, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Middle East, and the Horn of Africa to include Djibouti, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia. He retired as a US Army Lieutenant Colonel in December 2017 and now is a Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

Luis Leal Contreras serves as the Operations Supervisor for the Los Angeles Field Office. Mr. LealContreras possess a vast experience from the Military, law enforcement and Private sectors. Luis Served in the United States Marines and in the U.S. Army and led several combat operations overseas in support of The Global War on Terrorism. During his time as a Police Officer, Mr. LealContreras served as a Patrol Officer, Swat Team member and Swat Team Medic. Mr. LealContreras has held several assignments in the Security private sectors, such as Investigations, active shooter training, undercover operations and executive protection. Mr. LealContreras currently holds A Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice Administration.

Mark Charles is a Senior Security Consultant for Global Threat Solutions (GTS). Mr. Charles served over 20 years in the military, 15 of those years in Special Operations. Mr. Charles is a retired SGM and has a vast amount of experience. Mr. Charles also served as a contractor in Baghdad, Iraq as the Shift Leader and Detail Leader for the Ambassador’s Protection Detail (APD) at the US Embassy. Mr. Charles has over 10 years of experience in the High Threat Protection realm. He has planned and conducted numerous High Threat missions for many members of Congress during their visits to Iraq. Mr. Charles is also qualified through the Department of State (DOS) as a Firearms Instructor (FI), Integration Training Instructor (ITI), Training Manager (TM), and Designated Defensive Marksman (DDM), and has served in these positions as a contractor working for DOS in Iraq. Mr. Charles has over 30 years of experience in the High Threat and Executive Protection community.
